I know it's late but I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Year's holiday!  It's been another wonderful year here at Mindy Rolle Photography... I have met so many amazing people!  I look forward to what 2012 has in store for us!
While there are going to be some changes - nothing too huge.  The best news... Prices will be staying the same for now!!!  So with good news, there is usually bad news as well... although I don't really think of it as bad news, it's just news.  I have decided to not take on any additional weddings in 2012.  I have went back and forth on this and thought about it for a long time now.   I still love weddings, I love to photograph them, I love everything about them, but they are time consuming and stressful (yes, your wedding is stressful for your photographer as well - we are responsible for capturing the memories that will last forever).  Mostly, I want to be with my own family more and in front of the computer editing, etc less.  (One wedding can take weeks!) Then, I just want to focus more on families, children,  newborns, & seniors.  It's much easier to specialize in a few things than to try to do everything at once.  This will be better for my clients as well as myself and my family.  If you have questions, don't hesitate to contact me at rollephotos (at) yahoo (dot) com or on facebook.  Just click the contact tab on the fan page.

There are going to be a few changes -

• ALL items will be shipped via FedEx this year.  You will have the option to have your portraits drop shipped to your address for an additional fee.
• Please allow AT LEAST 14 business days for your order to come in.  Once you send your order and payment to me, I still have to upload all the images and place the order through my lab.  Their processing times can vary depending on if you have prints only, canvases, specialty items, etc.  I may also have other orders that I am placing at the same time as well.  Orders are tended to in the order that they are received.  Once your order is delivered to me (unless you choose to have them drop shipped), I have to go through the order and double check that everything is there and fine.  You will be contacted immediately when your prints are ready for you.  **Although this is not really a change, I feel like I must address this.  Believe it or not, I am as excited to see your prints as you are!  ;)
• Your gallery will be available online for 15 days.  You will be emailed the link to your images.  Feel free to share this with any family and friends that you would like to see your proofs.  Please place your order within 15 days.  All galleries will be removed on the 16th day.  If something comes up (we all have emergencies at some point) and you are  unable to place an order during that time, please let me know asap.
• All images will be deleted from my hard drive 6 months after your session date.  You may order additional prints &/or digital files up until this point if you have placed your initial order.
• Digital files will be offered (for now).  Any purchased digital files will come with a print release so you may print them at your choice of photo lab. Editing, even changing an image to black and white, etc. (anything other than cropping for printing reasons) is prohibited and against copyright law.  Legal measures may be pursued against anyone violating the terms of the print release agreement.  Please read it before you agree and sign it!!  All digital files will come with a folder of  "web use" images - these images are watermarked and saved at web resolution.  Please only place watermarked images online.  **Again, not really a change... just needs to be addressed.
• We accept cash or most major debit & credit cards.  Sorry, no checks accepted.
• As of right now, everything is still on-location only.  I will notify everyone as soon as this changes.
